OUR HISTORY
Hildebrandt Co. has a rich history in the Cleveland, OH region. Our background began as a family-owned meat processing firm back in the late 1800s and continued through the 1970s. Today, The Hildebrandt Building is a HUB for local artists and food entrepreneurs in the Cleveland Clark Fulton Neighborhood. Offering ideal space for Cleveland Makers, we are home to fine artists, ceramists, woodworkers, tea blenders, glass blowers, dough makers, chefs, and a variety of other small businesses.
Hildebrandt Co. is conveniently located on the West Side, near the Westside Market. We are known for quality service, dedication to the community, and pride in our building. We love showing our building to visitors during Open Studio celebrations.

In 1893 a young German immigrant, C. R. Hildebrandt, took a big step. He opened his own retail sausage kitchen in Cleveland only eight years after arriving in the United States.
